What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard MOQ is one unit for stock engine models. For customized OEM configurations, the MOQ depends on the engineering work required — send us your specifications and we will confirm within one business day.
Can you customize engines for OEM applications?
Yes. We supply OEM configurations including custom mounting, propeller matching, ignition and generator options for drones, light sport aircraft and special vehicles. Send us your drawings or application requirements and our engineers will propose a solution.
What is the typical lead time?
Stock engine models usually ship within 5–10 business days. Customized OEM orders typically take 20–40 days depending on configuration and quantity. We confirm a delivery schedule when you place your order.
What warranty do you provide?
Every engine carries a 12-month or 500-hour warranty (whichever comes first). The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. Genuine spare parts and technical support are available through our distributors worldwide.
How do you ensure quality and reliability?
Every engine is 100% dynamometer-tested and flight-verified before shipment. We use ceramic nickel-silicon coated aluminum cylinders and forged or high-strength alloy steel crankshafts, and each unit is supplied with an individual test report.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We export worldwide. We prepare export packaging and provide all necessary documentation for customs clearance, including invoice, packing list and certificate of origin.
What payment terms do you accept?
We accept T/T (bank transfer) and irrevocable L/C at sight. For first orders a deposit is usually required, with the balance due before shipment. Specific terms are confirmed on your proforma invoice.
Do you provide spare parts and after-sales support?
Yes. We supply genuine spare parts and provide remote technical support through our distributor network. For larger projects we can arrange on-site commissioning and training.
