FQ-550 Aviation Engine

The FQ-550 is an aviation-grade, air-cooled two-stroke engine with a horizontally opposed four-cylinder layout. Automatic-advance CDI ignition and premix lubrication deliver stable output at high altitude and under demanding conditions. Every engine is dynamometer-tested and flight-verified before delivery, backed by worldwide technical support.

  • Forced air cooling with ceramic nickel-silicon coated aluminum cylinders for sustained high-power operation
  • CDI automatic-advance ignition with synchronized opposed-cylinder firing from 500 rpm
  • Forged seven-piece crankshaft for high strength, low vibration and long service life
  • Wide speed range (1300–7500 rpm) balancing low-speed torque and high-rpm power
